Upon entering the room, it was not as clean as expected, but it was eventually tidy and comfortable. The greasy look on the headboard was a minor downside. The location was fantastic, offering a close proximity to the river, restaurants, and the city. The dining experience was good, yet a bit limited in hot food variety. Overall, a convenient stay with some minor room cleanliness issues.

The hotel is not right in the CBD but easy to walk to trams and very close to nice restaurants in Southbank. The rooms were clean, new, and comfortable, though slightly small. The dining options were average, with room for improvement in variety, especially for those needing gluten-free choices.
